If something goes wrong — a missed delivery, a chain-of-custody gap, an untracked package — there’s no real infrastructure behind them.
Every Vital driver is a W-2 employee. They wear a Vital uniform. They carry a Vital ID badge. They drive a Vital-branded vehicle. They are trained to our standards and yours, including HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT compliance. They are managed by a Vital operations team that is accountable for their performance.
