What the work looks like
Medical courier drivers run scheduled routes between hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies, picking up lab specimens, delivering medications, and transporting medical supplies. The work is time-sensitive and requires attention to detail. You follow chain-of-custody procedures, use handheld barcode scanners at every stop, and handle materials that matter to patient care. These routes tend to be consistent, daily runs with the same facilities and the same contacts.
General courier and STAT drivers handle same-day delivery for businesses across the region — auto parts, documents, industrial supplies, and freight. Some of this work is scheduled route service. Some is on-demand STAT, where you’re dispatched to pick up and deliver a shipment as fast as possible. STAT drivers need to be comfortable with unpredictability and quick turnarounds.
Warehouse associates work at our facilities in Williston, Vermont, and Londonderry, New Hampshire, receiving inventory, pulling parts for same-day delivery, and managing stock for our critical parts storage clients.
